The Role
Working on a vast business-to-business conference portfolio, this hugely varied Marketing role involves Campaign and Database Management. You will be identifying and reporting on target audiences and preparing a creative brief to make it a successful campaign. You will then communicate that brief to other teams within the business and then project manage the campaign from start to finish. This role will also include any ad hoc administration duties. The successful candidate may also be eligible for fast-track promotion opportunities.
Key responsibilities
?To run marketing segmentation & analysis across individual and multi campaigns
?Presentation of campaign analysis, direction and objectives to internal teams
?Research data sources and manage process for entry into CRM system
?Negotiate advertising contra deal agreements with key media titles
?Manage direct mail activity from design through to fulfilment
?Generate copy for campaigns and manage proofreading process
?Manage sales team member on each conference campaign
?To be responsible for the administration of the Siebel CRM system
?To report and present key marketing analytics to the Marketing Director
?Work with the external IT vendors in developing the CRM system's infrastructure
?To work with the internal Siebel user group to manage best practise
?Attend Marketforce conferences and external networking events

The role will be managed by one of the teams marketing managers with some duties reporting directly to the Marketing Director
