** URGENT ** Interim Corporate In-House Lawyer (Maternity Contract)
An energetic and motivated Qualified Lawyer with excellent knowledge of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts is sought for the EMEA Headquarters of our client company on a Fixed Term Contract Basis.
Working as part of their In-House Legal Team you will work closely with several of the company's European and International legal departments as you handle project and account related contracts, conducting client facing negotiations as required. The workload comprises a range of contracts/sales and distribution agreements, the main focus being software and support contracts and complex re-selling models.
