An opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading managed service organisations in the United Kingdom. Based in the City, our client is searching for an experienced HVAC Engineer with a strong background in Electrical Engineering.

The main function of this opportunity is for the successful candidate to provide expert maintenance solutions to a modern building services environment in the heart of London. Working on behalf of a large financial institution, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate adaptability to the client's needs.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate and implement in-depth knowledge in standard Building Service practices and the following plant equipment;

?BMS
?Pumps & Motors
?AHU/FHU's
?Emergency Lighting & Fire Alarm Testing
?Single/Three-Phase Power

This role offers the successful applicant the opportunity to work in the grounds of one of the world's largest financial organisations and build upon their experience with an opening for permanent employment in the future. The package on offer to the successful candidate reflects the calibre of applicant we require.

?Upto £29,000 per annum basic salary
