A prestigious NHS Trust has an urgent requirement for an HR Business Partner to join their team following a major restructure.
Over view of HR Business Partner
?To provide a comprehensive HR business partner service to designated directorates
?To play a major role in the continuous development of the Trust as a member of the Human Resources management team and as a potential member of a range of Trust quality/process improvement project groups
?To make a major contribution to the development of organsiations wide HR operational policies and procedures and the support of the directorate's business plans.
Main Duties of HR Business Partner
To ensure the provision of an integrated range of HR professional advice on:
a.Change management and job re-profiling
b.Employee relations
Disciplinary procedures and rules and policy development
Grievance procedures
c.Formal employee relations machinery
d.Performance, capability and absence management
e.Learning and development
Key Skills and qualifications required of HR Business Partner
?Degree level qualification or equivalent experience
?Graduate CIPD or equivalent experience
?Relevant post graduate management qualification
?Minimum of seven years' HR operational experience in a stand alone and demanding environment
?Understanding of job evaluation methodology
?Significant knowledge of UK and European employment legislation in order to deal with complex employee relation issues
?Robust, with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet personal and directorate targets within a fluctuating and demanding workload
?Ability to deal with people in all types of complex and sometimes highly emotive situations
?Ability to meet deadlines
?Ability to interpret policies and procedures in order to advise managers on complex, sensitive and contentious issues
?Confidence in making presentations and public speaking, and to act as a facilitator on Trust training events as required
