Your Profile

As the Head of a search client services team, you will have had extensive experience working as a Head of Search or Head of client Services within an agency and a solid understanding of Search marketing. The successful candidate will have extensive managerial experience, great client facing and presentation skills and experience in using bid management tools and tracking
technologies. You will be highly commercially minded, strategic manager and experience in working with large clients on their search strategy.

The Role

As Account Director you will be responsible for managing the client services team, ensuring that the team is managing their accounts to maximise the agency's commercial return. You would be responsible for the training, development and continual motivation of this team. You will also establish and maintain strong working relationships with all Senior contacts within all
clients, as well as contacts internally within operations and sales teams. The successful candidate will also assist the New Business Director on pitches and presentations for new clients to answer more technical and operational questions and to help with their strategy.
