The Company:
Our client, a UK based international company, is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Trainer, for their office based in Surrey.
The Role:
The role will be based at the heart of the company's Customer Service Division. Daily tasks will include:
-Providing the inuction training and on-going support to new starters.
-Updating procedures.
-Assisting the current training needs and delivering a structured training programme.
-Proactively identifying additional training and development needs.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will ideally be degree educated, ideally with a marketing focus and be fluent in English as well as either Greek, Spanish, Italian, French or German. Previous experience in an online environment is desired whereas Marketing or Business Development experience is essential.
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary for this position will be £27,000 plus an excellent benefits package including; Health Insurance and an excellent Company Bonus Scheme. The hours for this role will be 9.00am ? 6.00pm Monday ? Friday, but this must be flexible (time taken off in lieu).
