Our client, one of the largest financial services companies in the UK has a new opportunity for a HR Business Partner within their large Surrey corporate office.

You will be responsible for delivering support to the commercial business unit, you'll lead on all the HR issues, both strategic and operational for a large client group based at the office in Surrey and across the UK.
They need a credible, persuasive and proven HR generalist, you'll be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle from resourcing through to performance management, learning and development, change management and reward systems. This role reports to the HRD, you'll also be a valuable member of the HR Management Team, developing business plans and leading on HR projects.

To be considered you will be working at a similar level within a blue-chip, corporate environment.
