The Company:


Our client, a leading international company, is currently recruiting for a fluent speaker of business English to work on a temp to perm basis within their office in BERKSHIRE.


The Role:

Calling customers after a problem resolving their call on the first visit - aim to check that they are happy and get a survey response from them
Calling customers after their call is closed - again aim to check that they are happy and get a survey response from them
Calling all customers who have exception code on call, reasons/aims as above
Raise a check if there is any indication that the client is not satisfied
Random engineer audits i.e. checking the engineers are following process, done via customer calls
Responding to customer queries and complaints in your mailbox
Keep an ordered mailbox when chasing engineers for client reference
Mail engineers when they get a non satisfaction report to get an official response as to why
Other duties/roles as they arise
Administrative tasks

Candidate Profile:

The company are looking for a very dynamic and pro-active person who is able to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
Good verbal communications skills and good overall PC literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.

Salary/Additional Information:

The salary for this role will be £16,000 per annum and will be pro-rata for the first three months
