£30-35,000 + flex bens + bonus

Our client, one of the largest insurance companies in the UK has a new opportunity for a Human Resources Advisor within their large Surrey corporate office.
You will have responsibility for all the day to day HR issues in a specific business area, you'll be expected to provide expert advice across the remit of HR including resourcing, employee relations and performance management. In addition, you'll be involved in HR projects which could include reward, HR systems and new developments in employment legislation and HR best practice. You'll also get involved in the delivery of training courses.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have to have similar experience within a large HR function, be degree educated and either part or qualified CIPD.
