£32-36,000 + Attractive package

Our client, 20,000 people strong has recently re-structured and consequently is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior HR Advisor to help support the HP Business Partners who play a leading role in the development of HR strategies across the business. As a strong HR generalist, you will be working in close partnership with a defined client group, providing professional HR advice, guidance and support on Employee Relations issues across the business.

As a strong communicator, with experience of influencing across the whole organisation, you will have previous HR advisory experience in a fast paced environment, providing guidance to managers in recruitment, employee relations, job evaluation, performance management and staff development. There is a strong emphasis in development of their staff, both in terms of time and funding of additional qualifications.
