Our client, 20,000 people strong are embarking on a huge change project and consequently is seeking an Organisational Development professional to be responsible for their ongoing modernisation, re-organisation and business improvement. Working closely with the HR Director your role will be to concentrate on People and Organisational Development, coupled with developing and delivering Improvement.

This OD position offers the opportunity to work with the Business Partners and the Remuneration team to truly help define the identity of the organisation and make a difference to its future, turning it into a performance driven culture. This doesn't involve navigating through the small detail ? it's about large challenges and the bigger picture. Running a team of four, you will specifically be responsible for developing, introducing and maintaining effective strategies to support the day-to-day performance and management of staff, the achievement of short and long-term organisational objectives and the delivery of the OD and business process strategy.
