Our client, a high profile organisation within its field, going through a significant period of change, is seeking to appoint an experienced HR Policy specialist or HR Case Worker. You will play a leading role in the development of the central HR Business Services function responsible for consistency of approach for all policies and procedures throughout the group.

Working within a central shared service, your focus will be providing a consistent approach to employee relations process and all policies, supporting the HR Business Partners as well as the business.

There is a unique opportunity to develop your career in a variety of ways, as the organisation provides excellent training and time and funding for additional HR qualifications in order to broaden your HR background. Ideally you will be familiar with SAP, worked within a central shared service, and have a very clear understanding of all HR Policies and procedures
