The Company:

Our client, an international technology company, is currently recruiting for a Temporary French & Dutch speaking Lead Coordinator, for their office based in Surrey.


The Role:

The role will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed an interest in products via the website. You will then be required to transfer leads to the relevant team.
You will deliver a high quality customer service at all times.
You will also make sure the information in the database is kept up to date.


Candidate Profile:

Candidates must be fluent French & Danish speakers to native level. Previous customer service or sales experience is essential. A confident telephone manner together with a motivated and enthusiastic attitude is required.


Salary/Additional Information:

The salary for the position will be £8.00 per hour.
