The Company:

Our client is a leading developer of software with offices worldwide. They are currently recruiting for a Dutch or French or Italian speaking Customer Support Agent with interest in software. The company is based in Berkshire.

The Role:

-Provide accurate software support to customers and partners by telephone or via email.
-Be able to recognize and diagnose technical problems, troubleshoot and provide accurate
Solutions.
-Help customers with installing software.
-Researching and testing software problems.
-Adhere to process documentation to ensure consistency and quality.
-Proactively share knowledge and disseminate information to team members at a local and global basis.
-Work closely with other department staff.
-Be able to recognize when a sale could be done during a service call.

Candidate Profile:

-Previous experience in a customer service or technical support orientated role preferably within a call centre environment would be an advantage.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Accustomed to meeting deadlines and service level agreements.
-Proficient in the use of MS Office, Internet and web based functions.
-Good understanding for technical and sales is an advantage.
-You should be fluent in at least 2 of the languages listed below.

Salary/Additional Information:

The salary for the role will be negotiable. The client also offers professional training and excellent benefits package.
