Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Property Sector - London £45K OTE Year one

Your Profile

Do you have the edge to succeed in an elite company? If you have a killer sales instinct, or are a proven go getter, we want to meet you. Ideally you will have some sales experience within the property sector, or have a proven sales record in another sector, doing direct sales. We will consider exceptional candidates without direct sales experience, but you must be driven, hungry and have the interpersonal skills to be able to charm your clients into the deal. Graduate calibre preferred, but not essential. This does not just apply to this years graduates, any graduate can apply. It is the proven sales skills and personality we are looking for.

The Role
You will be part of one of the fastest growing recruitment companies in the UK. Being an integral part of a new team. This team is looking to grow quickly, so you will be responsible for developing your career as far as you want to go. You will be involved in the entire recruitment process, from writing adverts, to vetting candidates, cold calling companies, to sell your services and finally closing deals!
