Are you an exceptional recruitment consultant looking to make the move from 'Agency' to In-house? If so this is the opportunity for you. Working for a leading edge Business Services Organisation you will join a dynamic and fast paced recruitment team.
Your remit will be to search, find and then attract the best talent on the market for a variety of sales & marketing positions. You will utilise your innovative skills and adopt sound problem solving and lateral thinking in order to deliver a quality recruitment service to the business. With a creative flair for advertising, a sound knowledge of various recruitment mediums you will create a quality pool of candidates from which the business can select.

To be successful you must have a strong understanding of Sales & Marketing positions and the ability to work in a pressured and demanding environment. You will be familiar with high volume recruitment and will have excellent relationship skills. The ideal candidate will be degree educated.
