Commercial Contracts Manager ***URGENT***

The EMEA Head Office of our US parented IT solutions consultancy seek to recruit a Commercial Contracts Manager as they look to expand their existing In-House Legal Team. The role will act as liaison between In-house Lead Counsel and instructed Barristers, as well as internal employees and external organisations.

A truly exceptional candidate is sought with a minimum of 3 years relevant contracts experience gained either in-house or in a private practice law firm, who is naturally commercially aware.

In addition to providing general support to the legal team with contract management and maintenance of their contracts database, you will also gain exposure to M&A transactions, handle compliance matters, conduct research, draft and negotiate contracts/agreements and provide legal support to other parts of the business as required.

A self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, you will be adept at multi-tasking, whilst at the same producing work to the highest of standards, often to tight deadlines and be familar with handling highly sensitive information.

Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential.
