My client are one of the longest established independents within the Social Care/Public Sector recruitment market place and have created and maintained a reputation as the leading supplier throughout London for Social Care personnel working with Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, Charities and etc..

The Position

You will take over a business with a successful Social Care business already in place with scope to add complimentary revenue streams including Social Housing, Education, Medical and Nursing

Success will be measured by your ability to lead an experienced team through a phase of change management where the operational shift will swing from 100% service orientated to 50% Service and 50% business development. Further scope thereafter lies within an exceptionally strong brand name that has not yet fully exploited all the opportunities that such a recognised name offers them within the broader public sector domain. The company is cash rich so investment where sought (and justified) won't be an issue.

What they are looking for

You will need to possess at least 5 years experience of working in the Public Sector Recruitment industry with specific exposure of both managing a recruitment business and recruiting within the Social Care sector itself. You will need to display strong man management skills and a flair for leading and motivating staff in business development successfully.

What they are offering

My client is willing to pay up to £100k as a basic with an uncapped OTE . In addition the role offers an experienced Senior Manager huge amounts of autonomy with scope to expand the business with the financial backing already in place.
