Your Profile

As a Senior Email Marketing /CRM Manager you will have extensive database marketing exposure and preferably knowledge of email, text and outbound. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, with strong database skills (MS access or SQL) and experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools. The Database Marketing Manager will be confident to communicate at all levels.

The Role

The Senior Email Marketing / CRM Manager will report directly into the Marketing Director and managing a team of 2 email marketing executive and will be responsible for developing the company's database marketing strategy for email, text, outbound and DM communication. The Senior Email Marketing/CRM Manager will analyse and profile the company's data including user behaviour and trends with a view to maximising revenue. The Senior Email Marketing/CRM Manager will also continually enhance the management information relating to the database marketing activity and be responsible for specifying the requirements for enhancements to the company's proprietary data profiling software.
