Description
World leading financial publishing company seeks an individual to Manage the Customer services team and act as interface between key business areas ensuring that Customer retention campaigns and executed and fulfilled.
You will be responsible for a team of 4 and enjoy reviewing CRM systems and processes as well as be involved in project based work. Working closely with Customer services, Marketing & operations teams to improve delivery of service you will be involved in reporting and P&L analysis as well as reviewing / suggesting process enhancements.
The successful applicant MUST have experience of Man Management as well as a background in client retention.
