Surrey-based Quality Assurance (QA) Manager

Quality Assurance (QA) Manager: My client is a world leader in the Pharmaceutical Services industry, with an excellent reputation for providing an outstanding niche service. They are currently looking for a QA Manager for their head office in Surrey.

The role involves providing GMP compliance solutions to internal and external customers, hands-on management of the Quality department, including development of the team to become experts in their fields, working with customer-facing colleagues and clients, and developing long term QA strategy to support the company's growth. There would also be some responsibility for the QP release of products.

The successful candidate will have a QP qualification, very strong GMP Quality Assurance experience, managerial skills, experience of customer/regulatory audits, and document control experience. They will also be business focused with experience in a commercial role, and ideally will have IRCA training.
