HR Managers, Luxury Brands

Description

We are currently looking for HR professionals to fill positions within the luxury brand sector.

On behalf of a global fashion brand, we are looking for a European HR Manager to support their expanding European wholesale and retail business. This is a hands-on role focusing on introducing professional, high level and consistent HR support. Duties include managing and developing in-territory HR administrative teams, rolling out core HR programmes and working closely with line managers to ensure they understand and achieve their business objectives. Initially there will be a focus on placing a strong HR infrastructure in each country with regard to policy and procedure, employee relations, recruitment and communication. As this role will involve extensive travel across Europe language skills are desirable.

In addition we are also recruiting a Head of HR for a luxury fashion brand and a HR Manager for a luxury beauty brand. In both instances there will be a strong focus on reviewing and implementing strategic changes in structure. Responsibilities include all HR duties such as, disciplinary and grievance procedures, recruitment, payroll, health and safety and researching and devising employee benefits. Excellent communication skills are essential as well as the ability to liaise with senior management.

Ideally you will have experience of working within the retail sector, preferably with a strong understanding of luxury brands with an HR qualification or high level degree.
