Here is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, driven and energetic Leadership Development Specialist to join this award-winning global business.

As Leadership Development Specialist you will be responsible for implementing the senior management and leadership group development strategy across the business and enabling staff to meet / exceed current business requirements and support future business global growth plans, through a specific talent development programme.

This will involve delivering the full training cycle and encompass everything from training needs analysis to design, development and delivery of programmes, concentrating on leadership development, coaching and mentoring and using leading edge and innovative material and interactions.

This role requires a commercially focused Leadership Development professional who is able to thrive in an entrepreneurial, service driven culture and who is passionate about developing coaching initiatives in order to contribute to the success, development and growth of the business.

The successful applicant must be willing to work at both a strategic and operational level within the Learning and Development function and will need to demonstrate experience of managing a business succession plan, management development, implementing customer service and sales training, maintaining personal development plans and managing appraisals.
