Description
An expanding seminar and publishing company based in the Old Street Area is looking for a highly motivated Customer Services Co-ordinator to join their team. The role is predominently to manage customer relations - responding to potential and existing delegate enquiries, taking and processing bookings, corresponding with delegates leading up to each course, some credit control and preparation of delegate information for each course. The ideal candidate will be confident, with excellent time management who enjoys variety in their role. You will deliver an excellent service and enjoy working within a team. Applicants should be organised with good attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Word and Excel.
