The role is to develop & manage the company's key areas ? purchasing, merchandising, pricing, logistics and administration to a high standard. With effective supervisor skills to motivate individuals to maximize achievement and contribution.

Qualities & Skills Required

? The successful candidate will have at least three years management experience within a fast paced environment

? Strong substantiated experience in purchasing, retail, merchandising & administration having held a management position in at least one of these key roles

? A strong communicator and excellent motivator will be required for this excellent opportunity

? You will understand the technology of an e-commerce based business

? Strong analytical skills and the ability/ strive to understand work processes across departments

? Strong Microsoft Office® skills (Word, Outlook, Excel including the ability to do analysis with Excel)

? Organisation, self-motivation and attention to detail
