Description
The Equity Client Service group is responsible for Pre-Matching and Fail Management for Equity trades executed with Institutional Clients within the European, Emerging Markets, UK, U.S., Canada, Latin American and Asia Pacific regions
The Equity team is made up of 19 people and within that there are 3 teams, each managed by a Team Leader.
The AVP will be responsible for the day to day management of these 3 teams and have 3 direct reports
Key Responsibilities include:
?Holding regular 1:1 meetings with your Team Leaders,set objectives and meet the annual Appraisal requirements
?Deliver constructive feedback to your team
?Review departmental procedures and ensure that all controls are carried out in accordance with departmental procedures
