FF&O Client Services Representative

Description

Financial Futures & Options Client Services are a team who provide an exclusive service to all their clients. Our client supports their clients trading globally on markets such as Euronext, Eurex, LME, SFE, HKFE, TSE, SGX, CME, CBOT, CBOE.

FF&O is an institutional business whose clients are primarily Hedge Funds, Investment Advisors and Banks, with some market professionals (Market Makers).

Responsibilities include:

? Daily Margining of Proprietary Accounts and European Institutional Client accounts

? Payment and pre-advise processing

? Resolving Trade breaks and general problem solving

? Client relationship management

? Work with sales & marketing team to develop new relationships

Essential:

Product Knowledge Must have Financial Futures and Options market and product knowledge

Client Services

Must have demonstrable client service skills

Systems Knowledge

Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is essential

Languages:

Must be an Italian speaker
