Some exciting and challenging roles have opened up due to expansion for Operations Managers in Dubai, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia for retailers with extensive retail management experience, preferably with a blue chip fashion retailer.

Our client is one of the leading Middle Eastern retailers with over 500 stores and a fantastic business spanning 10 countries. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is on a par with global standards.

Responsible for all aspects of store operational procedures including customer service, staff planning, shrinkage, stock management, sales, administration and showroom standards. Ensuring best practices in the industry for the store operations , as well as business development and new store openings. An experienced retail operator with minimum 8 years of experience with a sales and profit driven approach and a commercial mindset.
