Very well established with a diverse and dynamic team on board. The company embraces a variety of different sectors and prides itself on retained search with fees that are equal to or above 30%. Well structured where the environment can only be described as collaborative, each division assists the others to ensure that work is achieved to a very high standard.

Possibilities exist whereby you can escalate to Director level - anything is achievable here.

The Role

Head of Research - Inheriting a team of researchers who are well versed in what they are doing, but need to be managed. The team is also looking to expand. You'll be in a senior position within the company and help it progress from strength to strength.

The Candidate

You have at least 5 successful years in research, ideally more. It is preferable to have experience in different sectors rather than having been confined to just one sector. If you haven't led people in a recruitment capacity previously, it is mandatory that you have led in another capacity in the past. Having led a team of researchers in the past would be beneficial.

You are very able within the world of research and are professional, articulate and able to work with a variety of individuals.
