The Company

Established in excess of 10 years, based in London and focussing on the IT recruitment marketplace. The company has many long term clients that they are successfully account managing, but the business is wanting to put on a growth spurt and bring on board a business development team.

The Role

To develop and head up the business development team. You can bring a couple of people with you so you can have a ready assembled team if you wish and they will be paid dependent on time served in a similar role and their billing level.

You will be responsible for opening new doors and bringing the company to new potential clients with the aim of securing long term business that the account management team can fill.

The Candidate

You're a hunter by nature and not only have more experience in new business, but have a real zest for it too - something you're good at and enjoy. You may have had a team previously but this isn't essential and instead this could potentially be a step up in your career.
