The Company
Spanning 3 main market-places; IT, Legal and Finance / Banking, this company is starting to gain wider territory control. It's main office is London based and aside from organic and current office growth, it wishes to establish an presence in Birmingham.
A fantastic no ceiling opportunity with an immediate very attractive basic, strong OTE and possible share options.
The Role
You'll be responsible for establishing the Birmingham office and subsequently recruiting personnel, ensuring that ultimately this office gains an ever growing slice of recruitment within these sectors.
The Candidate
You've a strong recruitment background involving at least one of the aforementioned industries and have succeeded in a role that involved business development. You know your arena well and have either led a team previously or at the right stage to do so now, with several years experience behind you.
You're hard-working, enthusiastic and have what it takes to grow and lead a team.
