To develop and deliver a robust sales proposition, which is market leading, profitable, innovative and supports the goals of our Client.

To create a business plan detailing how you will achieve your individual goals, what resources/support you require etc. The business plan must include quarterly milestones against which your performance will be measured.

To secure new clients , representing annually renewable income and to

ensure that annuity income targets are met in full and client contracts are fulfilled to an exceptional standard delivering client satisfaction above corporate targets.



The ideal candidate must have a strong business development background.
