Telesales Advisor

Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who are located within walking distance of Liverpool Street station.



POSITION SUMMARY:





Source new clients for our client via cold calling assigned businesses and scheduling introductory meetings for the field sales team

Demonstrate solid understanding of product offering and be able to articulate unique selling points to key decision makers within target businesses Meet agreed call volume and new business targets Work closely with field sales team to refine quality of appointments & follow-up on issues as required Prepare & send materials to prospective clients where required Participation in team improvement initiatives









MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:



Experience of working in a target driven environment Experience of developing relationships with potential clients through telemarketing activities is desirable, although previous retail sales experience will be considered Self motivated and energised Proven ability to deal with objections & provide solutions to maintain progress A good team player Excellent verbal communication skills Takes a proactive interest in financial/pension services
