Description

A Chef de Partie is required to join a small brigade in a well renowned restaurant in Central London.

The restaurant is open from Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday, and serves a very eclectic menu.

This role would suit a chef who is currently working at Chef de Partie level in a quality environment, who is passionate about food and wants to have input into the menu.

Working hours are to be Monday to Friday day times, with Friday evenings and the occasional Saturday. An excellent salary is on offer for the right candidate. Please send your CV to be considered.
