The Company

Five star hotel based in central london, part of a large international group.

The Job

Working in the main kitchen on a section in the kitchen which looks after room service, lounge, bar menu and banqueting.

The rota is based on working 5 days out of 7, and the hourly week is 40 hours.

Basic salary is £14,000 for the 40 hours, any extra hours worked are paid at time and a half. In addition to a competitive salary there are great benefits on offer that you would associate with a large international group.

The ideal candidate

Candidates must have qualifications as a chef and experience of working in high quality establishments - either a four or five star hotel or a-la-carte restaurant.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chef at the begining of their career as training and development is at the heart of this kitchen.

Candidates must have a stable working background, and must not have job-hopped.
