Description

We are looking for a qualified Head chef who is creative and has a stable background to join this trendy restaurant near Farringdon. You will have worked as a head chef before and have full financial awareness ( P&L, budgets, food costing, training, FH). We are looking for a head chef who will easily get on with others but is still fair and firm. The menu has American style influences but still requires a chef from a classic French background.
