Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
Broad-ranging administrative support to the Managing Director, Global Financial Services, and to other members of the GFS team as required.
Diary management to include meetings, travel, social functions etc.
Input to, and possible management of, contact-intelligence database.
Maintenance of files: electronic and/or hard copy.
Coordination of Powerpoint presentations and other executive briefing materials for meetings particularly in relation to overseas business trips.
Coordination of in-house seminars and other meetings.
Completion of expense claims. Skills/Experience:
Demonstrable customer focus to include experience of dealing with senior executives in person, via telephone, e-mail etc.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A team player with the ability to work pro-actively.
Strong computer skills to include Word, Lotus Notes, Excel, Powerpoint.
Ability to do audio typing.
Language skills useful but not essential.
