Based in London's West End, Real Resourcing are a professional IT Recruitment Consultancy looking to capitalise on booming IT, Banking and Pharmaceutical markets. We want to bring on board talented target driven individuals who are looking for an opportunity to be trained in all areas of recruitment.

The role involves:

- Warm and cold calling prospective clients
- Developing business relationships in a competitive environment
- Attraction of candidates through advertising, networking and head hunting
- Assess and respond to the needs of each client
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews and brief candidates on behalf of the client
- Manage the interview process through interview to offer stage and beyond

To be considered for the role you will have:

- A degree in any subject
- Outstanding people skills and communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritise your duties and think systematically
- A clear and genuine desire to pursue a career in Recruitment
- A confident personality with the ability to negotiate at all levels

In return for your hard work we offer an award winning training scheme followed up with on-going coaching sessions to teach you proven recruitment and sales methods. You can expect to earn on average £30k-£40k in your 1st year and at least £40k-£60k+ in your 2nd. On top of this Real Resourcing also offers car and holiday targets.
