If you are an exceptional graduate with previous sales or recruitment experience then this could be the perfect opportunity for you! One of our best clients; an Educational Recruitment Company are urgently looking for an outstanding graduate. Based minutes from Hammersmith station you will be working in a very busy office where top billing consultants are taking home well over 100k every year. Working alongside a team of 12 consultants you will be recruiting teachers into both the Primary and Secondary Schools across London and the South of England.

Working in a very close knit team you will firstly be given extensive training on all areas of recruitment consulting and business to business sales, where you will learn a variety of skills including; the art of headhunting, how to generate business, interviewing techniques, the art of negotiation and how to close deals. Once a fully fledged recruitment consultant you will enjoy a varied day where activities include picking up new jobs, interviewing teachers and managing the whole interview process whilst closing deals.

To be successful, you will be an intelligent graduate with a flair for sales and a highly motivated individual. You will have excellent communication skills to the extent where you can liaise with both clients and candidates at executive level. You will be extremely money driven will thrive in a target driven environment. You will also have some interest/knowledge within the Education sector and the infrastructure and procedures involved within both Primary and Secondary Schools.

If successful, you can expect an enjoyable and challenging working environment where you will be interacting with a variety of people on a daily basis.
