After a very successful year, one of London's leading executive recruitment consultancies is looking for a dynamic and ambitious trainee to join their successful Marketing Recruitment Division. Working in a close nit team along side some of the industries leading consultants, you will be responsible for recruiting the Marketing and Advertising professionals behind some of the worlds leading Companies and Brands. Focusing on the senior to executive end of the market, candidates will range from European Marketing Managers to Global Heads of Advertising with clients ranging from Top Tier Investment Banks, Global Retailers, FMCG Companies and Professional Services.

ROLE

As a consultant, you will be given first hand training on all areas of the recruitment, marketing and business to business sales. This will range from learning the art of successful headhunting, managing client's expectations, negotiating fees and closing deals. As well as liaising with some of the top people within the industry, you will work on a combination of contingency and retained assignments that will require all styles of recruitment from advertisement to database search, referrals and Headhunting.

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be a polished professional with a strong Marketing background and an excellent understanding of the industry. You will have strong communication skills, be comfortable presenting at Director Level and have the ability to work in an autonomous and sales driven environment. The candidate will have a minimum 2.1 Degree, a successful career track record and all the energy, charisma and the enthusiasm to forge a successful career in recruitment.
