COMPANY

One of London's fastest growing and successful recruitment consultancies are looking for a career focused graduate to join their new Finance and Banking Division. Focusing on the most profitable market in recruitment, you will be given an extensive internal and external training programme before working with some of the worlds leading Investment Banks. Joining their expanding 12 consultant strong Financial Services Division, you will be working in a close nit team alongside some of the companies top billing consultants. As a financial recruiter, you will be working closely with some of the UK's leading Investment Banks and Hedge Funds, recruiting a range of finance professionals from qualified accounts and Hedge Fund Managers, through to Investment Bankers and Global Heads of Finance.

ROLE

On joining the company you will initially be put through an intensive 3 week training programme where you will learn all aspects of the job, from pitching clients and generating new business, to modules on Headhunting, managing the recruitment process and the all important, how to close deals! Once ready, you will then shadow on of the companies leading consultants for a 1 month period until you have passed your probationary period. Then you will have the opportunity to begin working on a range of contingent and retained assignments for one of the most prestigious client bases in recruitment. Working with the likes of Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Deutche Bank and Morgan Stanley you can expect a varied and interesting day where duties include pitching new business, attending client meetings, headhunting and interviewing candidates, negotiating fees and hopefully closing a few deals?

CANDIDATE

To be successful you will be an exceptional graduate who stands out from the crowd. You will have a minimum 2.1 from a leading University, combined with an understanding of the financial markets. You will also have excellent communication skills combined with the ability to liaise with some of the senior professionals at leading FTSE 100 Companies. Other traits include motivated, ambitious, entrepreneurial and commercial.
