Part Time Subscription Fulfilment Co-ordinator

Description

Our client is the UK's largest organisation working for and with older people to enable them to make more of life. They are looking to recruit a Part Time Subscription Fulfilment Co-ordinator to plan membership fulfilment requirements with colleagues, brief external suppliers and ensure deadlines and business requirements are fully satisfied. The main responsibilities include:

?Liaising with colleagues to ensure sound understanding of planned marketing and communications
?Planning and managing order fulfilment and member billing
?Enabling full data analysis from campaigns
?Maintaining the Corporate Sales register
?Managing member selections and coding requirements to enable full data analysis from recruitment, renewal and other campaigns
?Creating and maintaining a knowledge base and FAQs for Member Services

The successful candidate will have experience in managing outsourced solution providers in a mail order / marketing environment. You will also have experience in creating operational solutions, working to tight timeframes and delivering business solutions. You will have advanced Microsoft Office skills and be an expert user in Excel. Exceptional written skills are a necessity. Excellent organisational and communication skills are required for this role.
