COMPANY
Located in high spec offices directly opposite the Gherkin Building, there is a unique opportunity for any experienced IT consultants to be a major part of a dynamic IT Recruitment Company as they approach their 3rd successful year of business. Having only been established in 2005, the close nit team which includes 3 of the Industries Top Billing consultants are already turning over 500K+ per month by focusing on an elite client list of 1st Tier Organisations within Investment Banking, Hedge Funds, Telecommunications, Media and Law.
ROLE
Working across the board on a permanent, contract, contingent and retained basis they have established relationships and PSL agreements with some of the biggest companies within their respected markets ? including JP Morgan, Deutche Bank, Sony, BBC, Virgin Media and Clifford Chance to name just a few. Due to their success and the increasing demand from their existing client base, they are now in the process of making their vital first hires before outlaying their rapid expansion plans for the forthcoming years. There is access to a prestigious client list of FTSE 100 companies (including 3 of the Worlds most successful Investment Banks), a huge amount of vacancies to immediately start working on, and the option to focus on perm or contract, combined with all the other tools and autonomy needed to enable experienced consultants to hit the ground running.
CANDIDATE
To be successful, you will have at least 9 months recruitment experience with a genuine passion for the IT sector. You will be articulate, tenacious and have the ability to liaise with both clients and candidates at executive level. You will also be highly career and money motivated and will want to progress at a fast pace.

- A generous basic salary depending on your experience (30 up to 60K)

0 ? 5K = 0
5 ? 10k = 15%
10 ? 35K = 20%
35K+ = 30%
