Based in the heart of London's Soho, one of the UK's leading Online Media Recruitment Companies are actively looking for an experienced Design Recruitment Consultant to take over a hot desk with the potential to grow and develop their own team. Working for a company that has already grown to an impressive £3m+ turnover in only four years, this is a unique opportunity for anyone with design recruitment experience looking for something different.

ROLE

Joining the young, friendly and vibrant office of 15 consultants you will immediately be working with some of the hottest brands within On Line Media with clients ranging from MSN and Yahoo to the Top 100 Interactive Design agencies across the UK. You will be working on a huge number of vacancies across all areas of design from Flash Designers up to Art Directors. As you progress and develop your relationships with the client base, you will be encouraged to gradually build a team around you to ensure supply satisfies demand. As the On Line Industry goes from strength to strength, there is realistic potential for anyone ambitious to be able to grow this desk into a 6-consultant division within 2 years.

CANDIATE

To be successful you will be an experienced Design Recruiter with a proven track record of success. You will have a good understanding of Media, and preferably a greater interest the movers and shakers of the On Line Media Industry. You will be articulate, sociable, have excellent communication skills combined with the ambition to grow and develop your own team whilst managing the whole recruitment process.
