COMPANY

An extremely successful boutique Property and Real Estate Recruitment Company based in the heart of London's Mayfair require a keen and savvy junior consultant to work along side 4 of the companies top billing Headhunters. Focusing on the demands of some of Worlds largest Property and Real Estate developers, this international company work on a range of contingent and retained assignments focusing on the areas of Real Estate Finance, Corporate Real Estate, Development and Planning and Property Investment. Clients range from the Real Estate Developers responsible for London's Olympic Village to international Contractors based in New York and Hong Kong.

ROLE

As a resourcer you will be working within a close nit team where you will be given extensive training on all aspects of recruitment and Headhunting from some of the best consultants in the industry. Working on a range of projects and deals from the get go ? you will be assisting in the whole process from receiving the brief, talent mapping, targeting hot spots, generating names and approaching suitable candidates directly. You will then play a part in the screening process deciding which candidates are selected to be put in front of the client. While you will initially start as a resourcer, your hands on training means within 12 months you will be handling your own assignments, advertising budget and company spend.

CANDIDATE

To be successful you will be a quick thinking and ambitious graduate passionate about forming a career in recruitment. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to liaise with people at all levels, a creative ?think outside of the box? approach to work and the desire to be part of a young but growing company.
