COMPANY

Based in the heart of the City, there is a unique opportunity for a talented Head-hunter to join a brand new Finance and Banking Recruitment Company. Having been established in only November last year, they have quickly grown to 12 consultants strong and are already working with some of the UK's most successful Hedge Funds, Private Banks, Asset Management firms and Prime Brokerage Houses.

ROLE

As an experienced consultant you will be working in a close nit team where you will be recruiting for some of the City's leading Investment Banks and Hedge Funds on a PSL basis. Focusing on a specific pocket of finance, you will become a specialist in that area within the business as you carve yourself a reputation throughout the industry.

CANDIDATE

To be successful you will be an exceptional consultant with an excellent track record of success. You will be intelligent, ambitious, financially motivated with the competitive instinct that will lead you to thrive in a competitive business to business sales environment. You will have strong communication and presentation skills, combined with the ability to liaise with people at all levels. You will have knowledge of the financial market place and the ability to hit the ground running as you come on board.
