COMPANY

An experienced consultant has just relocated up north ? leaving a hot desk running 22 temps billing 16k per month there for the taking. Based in vibrant new offices minutes from the city, the successful consultant will have the chance to maintain the desks success while continuing to grow it by placing and managing qualified social workers and social care professionals within the public, private and voluntary care sectors throughout the UK.

ROLE

The company is the Market Leader within social care recruitment, currently maintaining 25% of the entire UK's Social Care Market. Working in the bustling and social offices of over 50 consultants, you will be giving further training in all areas of recruitment and social care, while working directly along side three of the highest billing consultants in the industry. For an experienced consultant you can expect to earn up to 35k on the basic along with their excellent commission structure peaking at 30%.

CANDIDATE

The successful consultant will have recruitment experience coupled with some knowledge of the social care sector. As well as this you will have good communication skills, a personable approach, and ability to understand people's requirements with all the motivation and enthusiasm to forge a successful career. You will also have the ability to liaise with both clients and candidates at executive level.
