Marketing Executive for Leading London Media Company

Salary: £23K - £25K + excellent prospects

Our client a leading Publishing, Events & Exhibition organisation is looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to work within its exhibitions section to provide support and assist the Marketing Manager in the smooth and timely execution of event marketing campaigns for a range of exhibitions

You will have 1-2 years marketing experience gained in an exhibition or events background. You will be confident in your abilities and creative; good at problem solving and suggesting solutions and new ideas. You will be a strong team player, good at hitting deadlines, well organised and efficient and good at prioritisation and time management

The Marketing Executive Role includes:

- Develop, maintain and monitor schedules for effective visitors and exhibitor campaign management
- Devise all creative, print, database, mailing & registrations briefs
- Accurately proof all marketing collateral
- Develop relevant media partner activity and contra deals
- Fulfil all direct visitor requests, ensuring student attendance is administered and organised
- Produce Post Event Analysis report for each show
- Complete e-marketing event set-up forms as required for web agency
- Produce web copy documents and upload to websites
- Regularly review and update all website content
- Produce HTML emails and forward to Data Operations
- Monitor and analyse email campaign performance, highlighting improvements and enhancements to maximise response rates
- Execute sales materials and exhibitor marketing
