After a very successful year, one of London's leading International Recruitment companies is actively looking for an experienced Marketing Recruiter to join their successful division of Marketing Recruitment Consultants. Working in a close nit team, you will have the opportunity to recruit the marketing and advertising professionals behind some of the world's largest brands within the colourful sector of Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

ROLE

Focusing on the middle to senior end of the market, your candidates will range from the Heads of Sales and Marketing to Global Advertising Directors. Working closely with the marketing departments of international leading brands, you will be responsible for finding the candidates behind award winning companies such as Sony, Virgin and Coco Cola. As well as liaising with some of the top people within the industry, you will work on a combination of contingency and retained assignments that will require all styles of recruitment, from ad response to Headhunting to clever advertising.

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be a polished Marketing Recruiter with an excellent track record of success. You will have the ability to recruit for the senior management end of the market, be comfortable pitching to company directors and be able to work in an environment with more autonomy where you are accountable for your own business. You will also have a degree from a red brick university combined with knowledge and experience of the Marketing industry. You will also have energy, charisma and all the enthusiasm needed to make a difference in this growing sector. Those with Management Experience will also have the potential to take on two other consultants, with options for a individual and team override commission structure in place.
