Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan Accounts! Work as a Headhunter recruiting some of the highest paid bankers for the worlds leading Investment Banks and Financial Institutions.

Based in the heart of the City, this leading boutique search firm urgently require 2 excellent candidates to be trained on all areas of Headhunting and Financial Services before joining a team of 12 top billing Banking Headhunters.

As a Banking Headhunter you will be working with a select client base towards sourcing and supplying the best talent within front office banking. On training, you will be taught how to map out companies, talent spot individuals target and attract the right candidates and win retained assignments plus much more!

Working with a prestigious client base including the likes of Goldman Sachs, Deutsch Bank and JP Morgan you will be focusing on front office professionals including Stock Brokers, Investment Bankers, Floor Traders and Hedge Fund Managers. While this may initially sound daunting, once you have gone through the training and shadowed some of the company's top fee generators you will enjoy the huge earning potential on offer within the highest paid sector of recruitment. For a trainee joining their fast paced team you can expect to earn anything between 26-45k base.

To be successful you will be an exceptional graduate with a strong business-to-business sales background. This job requires confidence, excellent communication skills, a resilient nature and a hungry and passionate work ethic. You will also be dealing with some of the highest paid professionals within the Financial Services Industry. Anyone who already has experience or an understanding of Banking will have an initial advantage when going through the training etc.

If successful you have the realistic opportunity to take home a 6-figure salary inside your first year. Banking is big money ? and it has been know for companies to make in excess of 100K from one deal alone.
